What We DON'T Do

We want you to trust our recommendations, which means being clear about what this site is not:

  • We don't recommend every tour. If a tour has poor reviews, thin itineraries, or bad value, we say so — or leave it off the site entirely.
  • We don't take payment for positive coverage. Every tour featured here is selected based on our independent criteria. No lodge or operator can pay for placement.
  • We don't use generic travel clichés. You won't find phrases like "hidden gem" or "unforgettable experience" on this site. We describe tours honestly and specifically.
  • We don't pretend to have done every tour. When we haven't personally taken a tour, we disclose that and rely on verified guest reviews and publicly available details.
  • We don't keep outdated pages live. If a tour is no longer available or its details have changed significantly, we update or remove the page within our review cycle.
